Sehar Minhas is originally from Pakistan and had the opportunity to grow up throughout the country and abroad due to her father’s military career. She completed her medical education in 2013 at Army Medical College in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. After finishing her internship, she moved to Minnesota to join her husband, a lifelong Minnesotan.

She earned her Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Minnesota in 2020 and completed her pediatric residency there in June 2024. She is board-eligible in pediatrics. Her clinical interests include caring for children of all ages and medical complexities, as well as providing care for immigrant populations and addressing travel-related health needs.

Dr. Minhas lives in Savage, Minnesota, with her husband and their three children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, gardening, and spending time with her family.
